제품 설명:글리벤클라미드는 제2형 당뇨병 치료에 사용되는 설폰요소계 2세대 경구용 저혈당제입니다. 이 약은 췌장의 베타 세포에서 인슐린 분비를 자극하여 혈당을 낮추며, 말초 조직의 인슐린 감수성을 향상시킵니다. 또한 혈중 지질을 감소시키고 혈전 형성을 억제하는 효과도 있습니다. 

사용 방법:글리벤클라미드의 복용량은 개인의 연령, 당뇨병의 심각도, 공복 시 혈당 수준에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 2.5mg을 13회에 나누어 식사 20~30분 전에 복용합니다. 노인 환자의 초기 용량은 1mg이며, 상황에 따라 점차 증량할 수 있습니다. 

주의 사항:임신 중이거나 수유 중인 여성, 제1형 당뇨병 환자, 심각한 신장 및 간 기능 장애가 있는 환자는 복용을 피해야 합니다. 또한, 저혈당 위험이 있으므로 정기적인 혈당 모니터링이 필요합니다. 글리벤클라미드를 복용하는 동안에는 음주를 피하는 것이 좋습니다. 

부작용:저혈당, 메스꺼움, 설사, 두통, 피부 발진 등의 부작용이 발생할 수 있습니다. 심각한 경우 저혈당 혼수 상태로 이어질 수 있으므로, 복용 중 이상 증상이 발생하면 즉시 의사의 진료를 받아야 합니다.
